Got this scooter because it was cheaper than a lot of the others. Rides fine overall, but a few parts feel a little cheap. Not a bad deal for what it costs, just wouldn’t say it’s amazing

They did get back to me eventually, but I was checking my emails and receipt info for a while before hearing anything. It wasn’t terrible, just slower than I expected.

I placed my order the other day while I was sitting at my kitchen table, the whole checkout process went fine. Nothing confusing popped up, and I was able to get through it quickly. Easy experience overall

I ordered a scooter from luckyscooters.com and at first it seemed fine, but that didn’t last long. After just a few rides, the deck started rattling and one of the wheels began making this odd noise, like something was already wearing out or wasn’t put together right.

For what I paid, I definitely expected it to be sturdier. Their site makes everything sound super polished and reliable, but I don’t put much trust in that kind of company wording anymore when the product feels this cheaply made. I wouldn’t buy this scooter again.

The return process was slow, and I got annoyed because I kept being transferred from one person to another before anyone could actually help me. That said, the warranty ended up being okay and did cover what I needed, so it worked out in the end.

It ended up showing up later than I expected, which was a little frustrating. But when it finally arrived, everything was in good shape and the scooter worked just fine. So not the fastest delivery experience, but in the end, I got what I ordered and it does the job
